1. Who We Are

Logo To Live is a freelance web design and digital services business operated by Cintia Michel, based in Sydney, Australia. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

2. Services

Logo To Live provides website design and development, logo and branding design, digital setup services (domain, hosting, email), and ongoing support packages. The scope of work for each project is confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

A written quote will be provided before any work starts.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Domain and hosting costs are charged separately at cost — these are third-party fees and may vary.

GST is not currently applicable as Logo To Live operates below the GST registration threshold.

4. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the website goes live or files are delivered.

Payment can be made via bank transfer (BSB/account) or PayID.

Late payments (more than 14 days overdue) may incur a 5% late fee.

Work will not commence until the deposit is received.

5. Revisions

Each package includes 2 rounds of revisions.

A revision round means one consolidated set of changes — not multiple separate requests.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $80/hour.

Major changes to scope after work has begun may require a revised quote.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing all required content (text, images, logo files) in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all content provided does not infringe third-party copyright.
  • Providing feedback within 7 business days at each review stage.
  • Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up to date.

Delays caused by the client may affect the agreed timeline and Logo To Live cannot be held responsible for these delays.

7. Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.

Timelines begin from the date the deposit is received and all content is provided.

Logo To Live will communicate any delays as soon as they become known.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns all final deliverables — including the website, logo files, and any custom design assets created for the project.

Logo To Live retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Stock images, fonts, plugins, or third-party assets remain subject to their own licensing terms.

Any work not paid for in full remains the intellectual property of Logo To Live.

9. Hosting & Domain

If hosting and domain registration are included in the project, Logo To Live will set these up on the client’s behalf.

The client is responsible for renewing hosting and domain registrations after the initial period.

Logo To Live is not responsible for website downtime caused by third-party hosting providers.

10. Support & Maintenance

  • Post-launch support is included for the period specified in the package (1 or 3 months).
  • Support covers minor content updates, bug fixes, and general guidance.
  • Support does not cover major redesigns, new features, or issues caused by third-party plugins or hosting.
  • After the support period ends, ongoing maintenance is available at $80/month.

11. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If the client cancels after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If Logo To Live is unable to complete the project, a pro-rata refund will be provided for work not yet completed.
  • Cancellation must be made in writing via email.

12. Limitation of Liability

Logo To Live is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the project in question.
Logo To Live does not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, website traffic, or business results.

13.Privacy

Any personal information collected during the course of a project is used solely for the purpose of delivering services and will not be shared with third parties without consent. For full details, see our Privacy Policy at logotolive.com/privacy-policy.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms

Logo To Live reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at logotolive.com/terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
